+Yoga, What is it?
- Prana: focusing on the breath, using the breath to create movement, to create stillness and to create space for the body to bend.
- Poses: or asana. Asanas to create alignment with the breath. Many of the asanas tell the story of a sage, an animal, gods or goddesses.
- Sadhana: is your practice, both at home and in the studio with your kula or community.
- Kula: is commuity. The community of your practice. The kula sustains the practice and commuity through support.
